Help us grow
We teach our little farmers that we each have two hands, one for giving and one for receiving.
Our project relies on the gifting and generosity of people like you who share our vision that every child has a village. All donations, big or small, are gratefully received. You can support our Common Unity Project Aotearoa in different ways:
There are all sorts of ways to donate money and we welcome all financial contributions. You may wish to give regularly (set up an automatic payment or through payroll giving), make a one-off donation directly to us or through our Givealittle page, or donate through the Good Registry.
100% of donations go towards ensuring children have access to regular, healthy meals – from growing the produce to preparation and delivery of meals.
Here’s an indication of the number of meals provided for children, depending on the amount donated:
· $6.00 donation = 2 meals
· $12.00 donation = 4 meals
· $42.00 donation = 14 meals
· $100.00 donation = 33 meals
· $250.00 donation = 83 meals
You can claim tax back on all donations over $5. Visit Inland Revenue’s website for information about tax credits for donations. Receipts are provided for tax purposes.
Set Up Regular Giving: Friends of Common Unity
Regular giving is when a set amount is paid weekly, fortnightly or monthly. It is a really important source of income for us, because it means we can plan our spending.
If you choose to become a regular giver, you will become part of the Friends of Common Unity. In recognition of your support, we will keep you regularly updated on our activities and the difference we’re making and provide opportunities to join us for workshops and events and meet other like-minded community members.
To become a regular giver, contact us at email@example.com so we can collect your details to keep you updated on our projects and activities, as well as to provide tax receipts.
You have the option of;
setting up your own automatic payment direct to our Kiwibank account 38-9015-0629515-07
donate through payroll giving. This means you donate direct from your salary, and for every dollar you donate you get 33.33 cents back as a tax credit
you can also download an Automatic Payment form here to take into your bank.
We are able to provide a receipt for tax purposes (you can claim up to one third back from donations over $5).
Visit Inland Revenue’s website for more information about payroll giving.
